Cloud Native Data Engineering Lead

We seek an experienced Cloud Native Data Engineering Lead to spearhead the development of cutting-edge data platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop cloud-native, event-driven microservices using leading technologies such as Python, Java, or other backend technologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects that leverage cloud-native technology to solve complex Data, Machine Learning, and AI challenges.
  • Mentor junior engineers on emerging technologies and ensure they have the necessary skills to succeed in their roles.
  • Develop advanced SQL and database skills to drive business growth.

Requirements:

  • 4-7 years experience in Data and/or Software Engineering with hands-on experience in Python, Java, or other backend technologies.
  • Strong software development fundamentals including version control, unit testing, and CI/CD practices.
  • Solid understanding of Data fundamentals with experience in databases, data warehouses, data lakes, or other storage solutions.
  • Hands-on development experience on at least one major cloud platform.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
