Job Opportunity

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Associate to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of data solutions. This individual will be instrumental in designing, implementing, and architecting innovative data platforms that drive digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with clients to create tailored solutions for data platforms, focusing on ETL, ELT, ALT, lambda, and kappa architectures.
  • Develop prototypes and solutions for cloud, on-prem, hybrid, and edge-based data platforms.
  • Maintain infrastructure-as-code for cloud, on-prem, and hybrid environments using tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, Azure Resource Manager, Helm, and Google Cloud Deployment Manager.
  • Work closely with team members to develop design patterns, data governance, DevOps, testing, and performance optimization strategies.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Deep understanding of modern Data Architecture and its application to business growth.
  • Expertise in cloud-native architectures and hyperscaler platforms.
  • Experience designing, building, and optimizing scalable data pipelines and distributed systems in Snowflake and/or Databricks.
  • Proficiency in Python and SQL, with deep knowledge of performance tuning, sharding, partitioning, and indexing techniques.
  • Understanding of database technologies, including relational, NoSQL, and cloud-native storage solutions.
  • Experience in CI/CD, automated testing, and cloud infrastructure-as-code.
  • Excellent written, verbal, numerical, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel and work on client sites to deliver exceptional services.
