Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and qualified mental health professional to develop, extend, and deepen their clinical expertise in a friendly and well-supported environment.

The selected candidate will have the opportunity to work under the NDIS and private sector, providing clinical services to participants aged 0-65 with various diagnoses and disability types. Our approach is trauma-informed, person-centred, and evidence-based, utilizing CBT, ACT, and DBT techniques.

The role involves conducting a full range of psychological assessments, including mental health, IQ, psychoeducational, school readiness, decision-making capacity, autism, and ADHD assessments. Opportunities for training and skill development are also available.

Learning and Development

A dedicated Learning and Development Manager provides one-on-one and group training sessions, as well as expert advice on complex cases.

Key Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in Psychology are required.
  • Registration with AHPRA as a Clinical Psychologist, Clinical Neuropsychologist, Education and Developmental Psychologist, or Forensic Psychologist is mandatory.
  • A car and driver's license are necessary for travel between clients.
  • National Police Clearance, Working With Children/Working with Vulnerable People Check, and NDIS Worker Screening Clearance are required.
