Compliance Manager

This role is responsible for ensuring the company adheres to all relevant employment standards and modern awards. The ideal candidate will have expertise in interpreting legislation and managing compliance risks.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a comprehensive compliance management system.
- Analyze data to identify compliance risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Collaborate with HR teams to ensure alignment with organizational policies.
- Provide expert advice on ER/IR issues and contribute to case management and resolution.
- Relevant Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Law, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data analytics software.
- Experience: Proven track record of managing compliance risks and implementing effective risk mitigation strategies.
- Skillset: Strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills.
- This is a mid-senior level position that requires strong technical skills and experience in managing compliance risks.
