About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our dedicated team as a Personal Care Worker.

  • As a Personal Care Worker, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our residents, enabling them to live independently and with dignity.
  • You will work closely with our nursing staff to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs and preferences of each resident.
Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will have the following key responsibilities:

  • Providing personal care and physical and emotional support to residents who require assistance with daily living activities;
  • Assisting residents with medication management, meal preparation, and other daily tasks;
  • Participating in the development and review of resident care plans to ensure ongoing quality of care;
  • Completing accurate and timely charting and reporting any observed changes to resident health to the Registered Nurse/Enrolled Nurse;
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A Certificate III or IV in Aged Care or Individual Support;
  • Current National Police and NDIS Screening Check (or ability to obtain);
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and nights across a 7-day week;
