Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to lead our assembly and dispatch teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, ensuring health and safety compliance, meeting production targets, and continuously improving productivity and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise the assembly department to ensure efficient and high-quality production of goods
  • Coordinate daily operations of the dispatch team to meet production and delivery schedules
  • Maintain accurate records of production output, attendance, incidents, and equipment issues
  • Collaborate with the production control team regarding assembly order needs and notify any issues or concerns that may impact the production timeline
  • Ensure finished products meet expected quality standards
  • Monitor performance, provide training and support to team members, and conduct regular performance reviews
  • Induct new employees and provide on-the-job training
  • Interact with team members to resolve problems, suggest improvement methods of working, and provide feedback in performance
Qualifications and Skills

Our ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles, and excellent verbal and written communication skills. A background in ERP systems is also desirable.
