
Compliance Expert for Regulatory Affairs

As a key member of the organisation, you will play a critical role in embedding and enhancing regulatory compliance capability. This role supports the implementation of compliance strategy and standards, ensuring alignment with regulatory obligations and fostering a proactive risk culture.
You'll work closely with stakeholders to provide pragmatic compliance advice, design and implement effective controls, and monitor adherence to internal and external compliance requirements.
This role is instrumental in strengthening the control environment and driving continuous improvement in compliance practices. You'll contribute to risk-in-change assessments, support governance initiatives, and lead the implementation of remedial actions to uplift compliance maturity.
You're a seasoned compliance professional with deep expertise in regulatory frameworks and risk management. You bring a strong understanding of APRA, ASIC, and other regulatory bodies, and have a proven track record in designing and implementing effective compliance controls.
