Job Description

This role involves educating healthcare professionals and dentists about Oral Care industry in Victoria.

We are seeking an individual with a dental background or science graduates looking to start their career. You will be responsible for providing education and training on how our products can assist patients' oral health.

  • Deliver compelling messages tailored to the needs of healthcare professionals within your assigned territory.
  • Provide high-standard product knowledge and confidence when dealing with customers.
  • Collaborate with pharmacy division and conduct trainings in target stores.
  • Execute brand priorities/objectives as set out in each sales cycle.

You will also be required to:

  • Ensure all calls and customer records are recorded accurately in electronic database daily to the highest standards.
  • Take ownership and total accountability to cover an assigned regional territory as required.
  • Plan, execute, review, and refine territory management plans including customer coverage, key customer management, sample and literature management, and time management.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • In-depth knowledge of dental field.
  • Ability to establish key stakeholder relationships.
  • Confidence in driving with good driving history.
  • Flexibility to attend trade shows and exhibitions locally/regionally when needed.
