We are seeking a highly skilled Market Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with customers in the Australia market.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales plans to increase market share and meet business objectives.
- Maintain and update customer records to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
- Provide quality service before, during, and after sales to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales and marketing, particularly in the Herbicide Industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of autonomy and self-motivation.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
