Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Market Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with customers in the Australia market.

Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute sales plans to increase market share and meet business objectives.
  2. Maintain and update customer records to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  3. Provide quality service before, during, and after sales to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  4. Manage and resolve customer complaints and disputes in a timely and professional manner.
  5. Conduct market research as required by the company to analyze trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.

Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in sales and marketing, particularly in the Herbicide Industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of autonomy and self-motivation.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
