Job Title: Security Infrastructure Specialist

Our team is seeking a skilled Security Infrastructure Specialist to deliver physical and electronic security measures that protect our people, premises and assets. This role involves the identification, testing, procurement and implementation of physical security controls deployed across the bank.

  • Deliver comprehensive security solutions through collaboration with cross-functional teams.

  • Provide technical support and resolution of support tickets on a 24/7 basis via a rotating team on-call schedule.

  • Supervise and guide site security installations including hardware commissioning and testing security controls to ensure they operate as designed.

  • Project manage and deliver physical security infrastructure projects including multi-site equipment rollouts.

  • Conduct risk assessments across commercial offices, retail branches, business banking centres, ATMs and other premises.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a security technician along with experience in project oversight and delivery of physical security installation in large commercial and retail sites.

  • Expert technical experience operating and maintaining access control systems, security alarm systems, CCTV systems within large multi-site organisation.

  • Experience preparing security plans, designs, standard operating procedures and policies.

  • Technical experience operating and maintaining hosting infrastructure and network infrastructure supporting physical security systems and applications.

  • Strong capability and understanding of a broad range of information technologies, including Windows and Linux servers, networks and firewalls, Cloud hosting (Azure/AWS), SQL database, API and SDK, GitHub, Rally, Control-M, Confluence and ServiceNow.

  • Tertiary qualification in a Security or Technology discipline, relevant hardware certifications and industry security licenses.

  • Experience in managing Real Time Physical Security Incidents and availability to provide on call support on a rostered basis.
