Job Title:

Project Coordinator

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee project management tasks. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and delivering high-profile land development projects, achieving client expectations, and building strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and deliver projects from due diligence through to development application, coordination of designs and contract administration.
  • Negotiate with stakeholders (clients, authorities, other consultants etc) in relation to project outcomes (approvals, applications, contractual matters) to ensure successful delivery of projects.
  • Develop strong relationships with potential clients and maintain existing client connections.
  • Assist senior team members with forecasting workloads to meet project objectives.
  • Contribute to sustainable business growth.
  • Manage commercial risk and demonstrate sound judgement.
  • Lead and manage a team, recruit, train and mentor staff.
  • Manage financial targets including budgets, profitability etc.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience planning and managing projects through involvement in all stages of project delivery - ideally in land development.
  • Demonstrated leadership and project management skills.
  • Experience budgeting, commercial acumen, and risk management.
  • High level industry awareness and engagement.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications.
