Strategic Project Lead

Parkerville Children and Youth Care is seeking a strategic leader to drive the planning and execution of projects aligned with our mission and values.
Main Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategic projects, including designing outcome frameworks
- Manage project documentation, engage stakeholders, and ensure evidence-based practice
- Support internal stakeholders in understanding their roles in projects
- Create high-quality position papers, proposals, and policy documents based on strong evidence
- Relevant qualifications in project management, administration, or a related field
- Demonstrated experience in administrative and operational support for complex projects in the social sector
- Experience in organisational growth and/or services for vulnerable children, young people, and families
- Strong skills in project planning, budgeting, monitoring, reporting, and evaluation
- Effective stakeholder engagement and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse individuals and teams
- Ability to collect, interpret, and analyse data and information
- Strong decision-making skills with a proactive approach
- Knowledge of the social sector's context and challenges
- Commitment to Child Safe Standards, inclusion and diversity, and elevating children's voices in service design and evaluation
- Willingness to build cultural knowledge and competency
