About the Role

As the Investment Manager - Unlisted Asset Management, you will be responsible for ongoing asset management of unlisted assets across Infrastructure, Property and Private Equity.

  • Lead the development and creation of asset strategy and asset management governance plans.
  • Monitor and oversee Unlisted Assets, including quarterly reporting.
  • Implement agreed asset management governance plans across Infrastructure, Property and Private Equity asset classes.
  • Assist Asset Class Investment Managers in managing external investment relationships, including oversight of investments and performance to ensure consistency with strategy.
  • Exercising governance rights and oversight through Advisory Committee, Board or Board observer positions.
  • Lead, coach and mentor team members within a matrix organisational structure.
About You

We are looking for an experienced professional who has significant experience in overseeing investments in infrastructure, property or private equity. You will have a preference for asset management over acquisitions and will ideally have experience working on a range of asset management deliverables within an investment context.

You will possess excellent communication skills, particularly to engage senior and C-Suite executives. You will be able to demonstrate your abilities with problem solving, critical thinking, proactivity and being resilient within the context of managing investments in Unlisted Assets.

Prefers base in Melbourne but open to Sydney. Competitive salary and benefits package available.
