You'll work closely with our Senior Management Team and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of financial plans with business goals. Your expertise will drive financial and operational excellence, overseeing budgeting, forecasting, audits, and supporting strategic projects.

What You'll Do:
  • Lead the annual budgeting process, collaborating with departments to create a comprehensive budget.
  • Develop and maintain financial forecasts, adjusting for changing business conditions.
  • Prepare and deliver insightful monthly financial reports, dashboards, and performance metrics to senior management.
  • Analyse expenditure patterns, identify cost-saving opportunities, and implement cost control strategies.
  • Monitor KPIs, track performance against targets, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to provide valuable insights that support growth and strategy.
  • Prepare and present financial reports for the board and other key stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Must have a degree in Finance, Economics, Commerce, or Business.
  • Post-graduate certification in Accounting (CA/CPA) or equivalent desirable.
  • Experience as a management accountant with a minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with a proven track record of success.
  • Passion for innovation and technology with a willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
