Program Management Specialist

As a Program Leader, you will play a key role in implementing the Department of Sport, Racing and Olympic and Paralympic Games' strategies to support Queensland's participation and success in sport and active recreation.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and delivering programs that promote healthy lifestyles and community engagement through sport and physical activity. They will also work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to develop and implement program plans that align with departmental objectives.
This role involves leading teams, providing coaching and support services to children and young people, and promoting inclusive cultures within our workplace. If you have excellent leadership and communication skills, a strong passion for sport and physical activity, and a commitment to diversity and inclusion, we encourage you to apply.
