At genU, we're looking for a Production Supervisor who can support people with disabilities to grow, learn new skills, and thrive in a supportive and inclusive workplace.
As a Production Supervisor, you'll take the lead on real work for valued customers, either at a genU site or on location, while guiding supported employees to do their best work. You'll be the go-to person for your team, helping them stay engaged, motivated, and confident as they reach their full potential.
You'll oversee a range of, hands-on tasks such as packaging, labelling, assembling gift packs, and preparing mail-outs. Your leadership will help ensure a safe, encouraging environment where supported employees can develop skills, build confidence, and contribute meaningfully.

outcomes, for both your team and our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Be an engaged and active member of the Business Enterprises team
- Provide excellent customer service to all internal and external stakeholders
- Bring a mature and friendly outlook and the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Exhibit characteristics of reliability, punctuality and professionalism in all work related tasks
- Accurate and timely completion of tasks and ability to meet business needs as required
- Compliance with all relevant genU policies, procedures and work instructions
- Ability to work autonomously and prioritise workloads
About You

Your excellent communication skills and attention to detail ensure that every task is handled professionally, while your leadership keeps your team engaged and motivated.
- Experience leading teams and supervising work
- A patient and caring disposition and the ability to make peoplefeel at ease
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Willingness to work alongside people of all abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain.
- Completion of the NDIS Worker Orientation Module or willingness to complete.
