Key Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating the administration of product sourcing, pricing, and development, as well as managing contracts through Salesforce.

They will develop and maintain trading schedules for existing products and coordinate with teams to ensure timely price changes.

Additionally, they will monitor pricing progress and address potential delays affecting profitability.

The role also involves setting up new suppliers, including vendor codes, and supporting PLM in supplier relationship management, focusing on profitability and supplier engagement.

Other key responsibilities include contributing to project meetings and Smartsheet tasks, supporting wholesale sales and profitability targets, and creating and maintaining a database of potential new suppliers by category.

Furthermore, the successful candidate will collaborate on market-driven improvements and innovations, build strong supplier relationships, and maintain the supplier directory.

Strong commercial acumen, customer focus, and collaboration skills are essential for this role.

The ideal candidate should have previous experience in a Coordinator role or similar in an FMCG environment, as well as excellent planning and organizing skills.
