As the Coordinator Mine Services, you will lead the execution of mine rehabilitation activities including landform shaping, overburden replacement, topsoil management, fauna habitat construction, and seeding.
You will also aid the mine services team with mine development activities.
Key responsibilities include reviewing weekly plans, managing resource requirements, guiding team members, providing support to supervisors, leading workplace investigations, and financial management.
Additionally, you will manage contractors.
Required skills and experience include prior experience in a similar operational role, exceptional safety leadership, strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills, and experience with SAP and MS Office software.
A Restricted Quarry Managers Certificate and Schedule 26 Statutory supervisor appointment are desirable.
