Job Title: Training & Quality Coordinator

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to fill this role. In this capacity, you will assist with the provision and evaluation of clinical and non-clinical education and training programs for staff and volunteers.

About The Role:
  • This position is responsible for assisting with the development, implementation, and evaluation of education and training programs for staff and volunteers.
  • You will work closely with the Training Team to plan, coordinate, and deliver high-quality education and training activities that meet the needs of our staff and volunteers.
  • Assist in the review and evaluation of existing education and training programs to ensure they remain relevant and effective.
About You:

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • A current Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
  • A Certificate III in Aged Care.
  • Demonstrated ability to plan, coordinate, and deliver education and training activities with flexible delivery options.
  • Sound written and oral communication skills.
  • Capacity to achieve goals within set timeframes.
  • A sound understanding of and compliance with WHS and risk management standards.
  • Sound computer skills.
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills.
  • Sound relationship building, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
