Learning Supervisor Role

The Learning Supervisor plays a pivotal role in the delivery of high-quality onsite, online, and outreach learning programs.

This position requires leadership skills to support program development, team supervision, and stakeholder engagement.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Program Development: Collaborate with teams to design, develop, and evaluate innovative learning programs that meet Australian Curriculum standards.
  • Team Supervision: Provide direction and guidance to team members, ensuring effective daily operations and administration.
  • Learning Delivery: Deliver engaging learning experiences using various techniques and education pedagogy for diverse audiences.
  • Digital Excursions: Support the delivery of digital excursions and professional development/mentoring of staff.
  • Communication: Present at conferences, workshops, and webinars; contribute to social media accounts.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Australian Citizenship;
  • Working with Vulnerable People card prior to commencement;
  • Security clearance or willingness to obtain a baseline clearance;
  • Identity documents and pre-employment checks through Document Verification Service.
