Job Title:
">Property Management Professional- Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and draft correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Process internal and external accounts.
- Ensure compliance and risk documents are maintained for each property.
- Provide administrative support to the facilities management team.
- Support vendor queries and follow-ups.
- Liaise with the finance team on revenue collections and expense payments.
- Report on maintenance issues, tenant interactions, upcoming works, schedules, and recommendations.
- Diploma in Business Administration, Facilities Management, or equivalent qualification.
- Intermediate level skills in Microsoft Office Suite – Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Basic financial management knowledge.
- Previous experience in an administration role providing support to a team or senior role.
- Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage tasks promptly and meet deadlines.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
