We are seeking a Cloud Infrastructure Reliability Specialist to join our Site Reliability Engineering team. This role can be based anywhere in Australia and requires candidates to have Australian citizenship due to large programs of work with government clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide relief and sustainable resolution to issues within infrastructure.
- Use software development, systems engineering, and networking expertise to proactively prevent repeatable issues.
- Drive initiatives with partner teams to improve the reliability and performance of infrastructure through improved system design.
- Join a culture of intolerance to manual activity resulting in a highly automated environment delivering scalable solutions.
About the Team
The Site Reliability Engineering team is a global group of highly technical engineers tasked with maintaining and developing the reliability, scalability, and performance of customer platforms and infrastructure. The team combines software development, networking, and systems engineering expertise to drive technical resolutions across the stack from application to hardware.
