Key Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional inbound and outbound telephonic assistance to clients and their representatives.
- Implement the National Redress Scheme for Institutional Child Sexual Abuse Act 2018 in all communications.
- Work independently to manage workflow and escalate any potential risks or issues as necessary.
- Build and nurture relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to facilitate positive outcomes.
- Address both standard and complex inquiries, collaborating with other departments as needed to resolve complaints or systemic challenges.
- Guide clients in accessing various Redress Support Services.
- Propose innovative ideas and identify opportunities for enhancing service delivery efficiency.
- Exhibits strong communication skills, conveying messages clearly and effectively in both verbal and written formats.
- Possesses an understanding of trauma-informed care principles and their significance in delivering high-quality service.
- Demonstrates knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, and procedures.
