As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer service and enhancing the overall client experience.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Ensure that helpdesk and customer experience metrics are consistently met or exceeded.
  • Reduce customer effort by leveraging established frameworks and training initiatives.
  • Maintain strict adherence to processes and ensure compliance with our Quality Management Framework.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to optimize performance.
  • Maintain a safe and inclusive working environment by reporting incidents promptly.

 

You will collaborate closely with both our centralized CXC team and on-site facilities managers to streamline processes and drive optimal outcomes.
