Compassionate Nurse – Flexible Care Opportunities

Job DescriptionWe provide around-the-clock care, so visits may be scheduled early morning, afternoon, evening, or overnight to meet our clients' needs. As an integral member of our team, you will be responsible for:
- Providing a premium care experience to our clients that is genuine, compassionate and personalised
- Delivering care following the client's care plan that has been developed by the care designer (registered nurse)
- Meeting the safety needs of the client and using equipment safely and properly
- Completing records and documentation accurately and thoroughly
- Conducting nursing assessments
