Product Leadership Opportunity

We're seeking a seasoned product leader to drive strategic growth and innovation. As Head of Product, you will define a compelling product vision, orchestrate multiple teams, and deliver innovative new products.

  • Develop a clear product strategy aligned with company goals, driving annual and quarterly planning processes.
  • Cultivate cross-functional collaboration, prioritizing backlog and sprint execution for optimal delivery processes.
  • Foster a culture of customer obsession and continuous learning, mentoring Product Managers to excel in their roles.

This role requires:

  • 10+ years of experience in product management, with at least 5 years leading teams in fintech or high-growth tech companies.
  • Demonstrated success launching and scaling products from concept to market, showcasing a data-driven mindset and expertise in product analytics and experimentation.
  • Proven ability to define clear product visions, aligning cross-functional teams around measurable outcomes, and understanding lending economics, technology, credit risk, APIs, and regulatory environments.
