Your Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Dietitian to join our team at Plena Healthcare. As a Dietitian, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality dietetics services to adults living in Residential Aged Care facilities and the local community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide person-centred dietetics care to all clients, ensuring their nutritional needs are met and their health is improved.
  • Work closely with external stakeholders and your Plena colleagues to ensure the delivery of high-quality dietetic care.
  • Conduct menu and mealtime assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the nutritional value of meals.
  • Deliver educational sessions to clients, carers, and healthcare professionals to promote healthy eating habits and nutrition awareness.
  • Collaborate with the dietetics team to develop and implement nutrition and hydration systems in Residential Aged Care homes.
  • Contribute to team culture by actively engaging with dietetics colleagues and upholding the Plena values.
Requirements
  • A Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Dietetics.
  • Current DA registration.
  • A willingness to travel and work in a mobile role.
  • A commitment to continuous improvement and contemporary best practice.
  • Australian working rights.
  • Proof of Covid-19 and current Flu Vaccination.
