Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and charismatic individual to join our team as a Travel Expert. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the travel industry and a minimum of 2 years' experience in a related role.

About the Role:

The primary focus of this role is to sell and book dream holiday packages for clients. This involves determining client needs, suggesting suitable travel options, organizing travel arrangements, and providing customers with relevant information and materials.

In addition to sales, the successful candidate will also be responsible for assisting the product team with tasks to ensure the quality of our holiday packages on our website.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Sales:
  • Utilize product and destination knowledge to sell holiday packages to both travel agents and direct clients.
  • Offer clients an adequate choice of options to make their dreams a reality.
  • Follow up on client requests and quotes.
  • Facilitate bookings and confirmations.
  • Liaise with suppliers to confirm travel arrangements for clients.
  • Prepare and issue invoices / collect payments and maintain records of transactions.
  • Advise customers of travel regulations, visas and local customs.
  • Promote Entire Travel Group which from time to time may include attending expos and events.
Product:
  • Assist product team with the maintenance of our holiday packages on the website.
  • Liaise with suppliers to design and develop further holiday packages for the website.
  • Quality assurance, for example, checking details of packages on the website.
Personal & Professional Conduct:
  • Punctual attendance as per your agreed work schedule.
  • Attend all relevant office training sessions & meetings.
  • Conduct oneself in a manner consistent with the company values and code of conduct.
  • Follow all reasonable instructions from management.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Passion for the travel industry.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in the Travel Industry.
  • Professional attitude and strong communication skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as being a team player.
