Job Title: Senior Compliance Officer
We are seeking a highly experienced compliance professional to support our business within the APAC region.
This role will involve close engagement with key stakeholders and regulatory bodies to ensure ongoing compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:- Focusing on AML/CTF compliance, incident management, and regulatory reporting to mitigate risks and maintain a strong risk/compliance culture within the organization.
- Building effective relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to foster a culture of compliance and ethical decision-making.
- A deep understanding of superannuation legislation and regulations, as well as the ability to interpret and apply complex laws and policies.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, including the ability to build trust and rapport with key stakeholders and communicate effectively in a variety of contexts.
