As a Responsible Gaming Analyst, you will play a key role in ensuring the well-being of our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyse player data to detect signs of risky behaviour and ensure that the right measures are in place to support responsible gaming.
  • Monitor key player activity, review cases, and escalate concerns when necessary, ensuring that customers receive the appropriate guidance and assistance.
  • Working closely with internal teams, you'll help implement responsible gaming procedures and ensure compliance with industry regulations.

Your ability to interpret data and spot trends will be key in maintaining a fair and transparent gaming environment.

Requirements
  • Fluency in English and Portuguese, both verbally and in writing.
  • 6+ months of experience in compliance, risk analysis, or responsible gaming.
  • Strong data-interpretation skills.
