**The Role**This role coordinates and administers training for employees working in field sites across Australia, both onshore and offshore.
Key responsibilities include creating an annual training calendar, planning and coordinating training programs, developing and managing a site-based training budget, maintaining training booking calendars and records, and collaborating with internal stakeholders.
Success in this role requires strong organisational, problem solving and administrative skills, excellent communication and customer service abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience in administrative roles within large organisations, particularly in construction, mining, or oil and gas, is highly desirable.
**What You Need to Succeed**You will bring a corporate-level approach to all interactions with internal and external stakeholders.
Initiative, multitasking, attention to detail, and experience in managing competency-based training for field staff are highly advantageous.
