Job Summary

Fleet Administrator Role

  • We are seeking an experienced Fleet Administrator to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
  • Process quotes and orders efficiently and timely.
  • Communicate with customers regarding the status of their vehicles.
  • Work with Stock Controller to manage stock allocation and incoming sold fleet vehicles.
  • Ensure sales contracts and documentation are accurate and completed promptly.
  • Complete pre-delivery inspections to ensure accessories and products meet contract specifications.

Requirements

We are looking for a highly skilled and organized individual who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Key qualifications include:

  • Previous experience (3+ years) in fleet administration or similar role highly desirable.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Conscientious and diligent, taking ownership of tasks and duties.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems.
