Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement MEL frameworks and projects that align with our strategic objectives
- Analyze and interpret evaluation data to inform decision-making and drive impact
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of MEL activities into program delivery
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities for innovation and improvement.

Requirements:

- A deep understanding of MEL principles and practices
- Proven experience in leading MEL initiatives and driving impactful results
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and identify trends
- Creativity and agility in identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement.
