Hobart Women's Shelter is a purpose-led organisation dedicated to creating a safe and supportive environment for women and children experiencing homelessness and family violence.

This leadership opportunity has been designed to create meaningful social impact, lead organisational transformation, and build a future where women and children can live with safety, dignity, and opportunity.

\

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic and operational leadership across the organisation, partnering with the CEO and Board on long-term strategy and transformation, and leading with compassion and purpose to deliver lasting outcomes for women and children.

\

To be successful in this role, you should have proven experience as a senior leader in social impact or community services, with operational excellence and strong organisational leadership skills. You should also have the ability to build inclusive, compassionate, empowered, and engaged teams, and be ambitious to grow into future leadership opportunities.
