Project Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced project manager to lead our construction, refurbishment and fitout projects from preconstruction to handover. You will be responsible for managing budgets, reporting financial performance and identifying opportunities for profit improvement.

Your Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely completion and within budget.
  • Manage project teams, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Lead client and stakeholder communication, fostering strong relationships and delivering exceptional results.
  • Maintain accurate financial records, providing regular reporting and insights to inform business decisions.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • A proven track record in project management, with experience in commercial construction, refurbishment and fitout projects.
  • Excellent client management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and deliver results.
  • Strong financial acumen, with the ability to manage budgets and report financial performance.
  • A degree in a relevant field, such as construction management or a related discipline.
