Dining Services Assistant

As a Catering Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality food and dining services that enhance the quality of life for our residents.
About the Role- Provide resident meal service, assisting with meal preparation, and deliver exceptional customer service to meet their diverse needs.
- Support your peers and maintain a positive team environment.
- Work safely, adhering to policies and procedures to protect yourself, colleagues, and residents.
- A passion for providing care and compassion to the elderly is essential.
- Strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and ability to establish professional relationships are crucial.
- Certificate III in Hospitality (Commercial Cookery) is desirable but not essential.
- Good understanding of food safety practices, kitchen cleanliness, and hygiene is necessary.
- Warm and empathetic interpersonal skills, with experience interacting with diverse people, are required.
- Able to work effectively as part of a team, maintaining a positive team spirit.
