The Compliance Specialist role involves supporting the delivery of a comprehensive Risk, Assurance and Compliance program. This individual will be responsible for translating industry standards, government regulations, and internal policies into actionable plans that enhance service quality for customers.

This position requires:

  • Project administration experience
  • Knowledge of ITIL methodologies
  • Understanding of external regulatory audits
  • Familiarity with technical concepts and frameworks
  • Experience in business analysis and conducting internal reviews
  • Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to present information in a concise and compelling manner.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and address compliance risks through proactive assessments of processes, controls, and data.
  • Collaborate with service line leaders to conduct gap analyses and develop mitigation plans.
  • Conduct regular audits and reviews to determine and track progress of plans.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant government standards and controls.
  • Monitor and track delivery of services against quality standards.
