This is an exceptional opportunity for a Senior Associate or Special Counsel to join a leading Health Law team, specialising in the defence of hospitals and doctors in negligence claims and disciplinary matters.

The team holds the lion's share of claims for doctors in Victoria, providing access to a steady stream of high-quality, complex matters. As one of the most senior practitioners in the practice, you'll have your pick of the most interesting files, with ownership and autonomy to run those matters as you see fit.

A key aspect of this role is delivering effective legal services while maintaining a genuine work-life balance. The Partner prioritises this commitment, stating that if you meet your key accountabilities, you can manage yourself.
