Operations Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead our team in Picton, WA. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our 5-site Southwest portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a diverse team of approximately 70 employees across the Southwest region.
  • Develop and implement effective operational strategies to drive business performance and achieve financial targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and promote a culture of compliance and safety.
  • Establish and maintain high standards of customer service quality and satisfaction.
  • Monitor and manage branch activities, ensuring alignment with company objectives and strategic goals.

  • Proven experience in operations management, preferably in the waste management industry.
