About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior MS Operations Team Lead: Cyber Security to join our team. As a key member of our Managed Security Services Operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of our security services to clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and manage work queues to ensure timely resolution of technical incidents and requests.
  • Provide support to clients and internal stakeholders to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Collaborate with the team to identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure excellent service delivery.
  • Lead and manage a team of security engineers to ensure the successful delivery of our security services.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the team.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators to ensure the successful delivery of our security services.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a senior operations role within a Managed Security Services environment.
  • Strong technical knowledge of security operations and incident response.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
