Job Description

We seek an experienced leader to head our data and security compliance team.

About the Role

This leadership position oversees a team of Data and Security Compliance specialists across various business areas, driving improvements in data and security compliance posture and reducing security incidents through effective controls.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of professionals responsible for data and security compliance management.
  • Assess data and security compliance requirements across business areas, ensuring they are well understood and managed.
  • Maintain and enhance the information security management framework, aligning it with evolving threat and compliance landscapes.
  • Engage service providers delivering services related to data and security compliance.
  • Develop and implement automated and manual data & security testing across products.
  • Create and deliver security awareness materials and training to staff.
  • Respond to customer and supplier security assessments.
  • Provide regular reporting on compliance status to leadership.
  • Work closely with business areas to ensure continuity plans are established and regularly tested.

Experience
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Information Security and Compliance Management.
  • 5+ years in Data Compliance Management.
  • Experience implementing risk management and information security frameworks.
  • Proven ability to develop highly motivated teams.
  • Recognized as a technical lead or senior contributor.
