About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled Barista to join our dynamic team at Breaking Grounds Café. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering exceptional customer experiences while supporting people with disabilities to learn café operations.

You will be working in a fast-paced environment, serving customers, running food, and assisting with food preparation. As a skilled Barista, your strengths will lie in the hot beverage arts, including making a range of coffee creations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Previous work experience as a Barista, with formal training desirable (including Latte Art skills)
  • The ability to provide high-quality service & coffee under pressure
  • Hands-on experience with brewing equipment
  • Ability to gauge customers' preferences and follow instructions
  • Well-organized but able to flex and manage competing priorities and deadlines
