Job Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual for the role of Aviation Life Support Equipment (ALSE) Supervisor. This role will see you being responsible for the day-to-day supervision and execution of maintenance on Defence Aviation Life Support Equipment (ALSE).

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a point of contact in conjunction with the ALSE Leading Hand for daily production matters for the Program Manager.
  • Ensure that all maintenance conducted complies with Defence Aviation Safety Regulations (DASR) and all Defence publications and procedures.
  • Maintain and observe all Work, Health, Safety & Environmental requirements and report any breaches.
  • Provide supervision, coaching, and support to team members to ensure a high-performing and engaged team.
Requirements
  • Experience and suitable qualifications in Aviation Life Support Equipment.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Previous experience of Supervision within the Aviation Industry.
  • A keen attention to detail and adherence to strict safety standards.

You will be provided with an opportunity to learn, develop your skills, and grow within a global company based out of the Shoalhaven.

Candidates will need to be eligible to obtain an Australian Government Security Clearance, for which the prerequisite is Australian Citizenship.
