Tour Operations Manager

Lead a team of professionals in tour operations and logistics for a renowned global tourism provider based in Sydney.

The Role Overview

  • As a key member of the leadership team, you will oversee the operations team to ensure timely performance and high-quality service delivery to customers.
  • You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, including licensing and health & safety standards.
  • In collaboration with the General Manager, you will support achieving yearly goals and drive business success.

Essential Qualifications

  • Prior experience in managing a tour operations or transport team is essential.
  • Extensive knowledge of the Sydney tourism market is required.
  • Ability to work weekends as needed and adapt to an office environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
