We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Speech Pathologist to join our expanding team in Gosford, supporting clients with complex communication needs and swallowing disorders. As part of our national team of 60+ Speech Pathologists, you will provide clinical services to participants aged 0-65, working across early intervention, school age, adolescent, and adult services.

You will work closely with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals to develop tailored support plans, utilizing your expertise in high-tech AAC prescription, swallowing management, and behavior support. With opportunities for professional development and specialization, you will be able to expand your skills in areas such as Early Childhood Services, Positive Behavior Support, and leadership roles.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology from a recognized institution
  • Registration with the Speech Pathology Australia (SPA)
  • Previous experience as a Speech Pathologist working with NDIS participants in a clinical or community setting
  • A current driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
