Job Overview

The ideal candidate will be a seasoned technology executive with a proven track record of developing and executing technology strategies that drive business growth.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Determine and execute the company's technology roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
  • Oversee and guide IT operations, software development, infrastructure, and vendor relationships.
  • Promote innovation through the adoption of emerging technologies and optimisation of existing systems.
  • Evaluate and implement robust risk management, governance, and security practices.
  • Develop and mentor a high-performing technology team.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and brand forums.
Key Requirements:
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Information Technology or related field.
  • Proven executive or senior technology leadership experience.
  • Strong background across enterprise systems, including CRM, ERP, PIM, WMS, POS, TMS, Payroll/Finance, HR Systems, LMS, Security, Middleware, eCommerce, SQL Server, Azure, AWS, .NET Development.
  • Demonstrated success in project management, digital transformation, and vendor negotiations.
  • Experience overseeing mobile app development, Power BI dashboards, and reporting solutions.
