About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Educational Leader to play a key role in leading change and championing excellence in educational practice. As an Educational Leader, you will work collaboratively with Educators to observe, review, and continuously enhance the educational programs offered to children.

Deepen your team's understanding of child development and early years content by guiding the application of the Early Years Learning Framework. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about making a lasting impact on children's lives and wanting to work in an organisation that supports their success and professional growth.

The ideal candidate has previous experience leading change in education and holds either a Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Education), a Diploma qualification or ACECQA approved equivalent.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Education) or Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
