About the Role

This position involves leading a content team to create and implement effective strategies for building brand positioning, generating leads, and supporting engagement and retention.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, with experience in developing and implementing content strategies across written, visual, and multimedia formats.

Key Responsibilities
  • Content Strategy Development: Design and execute content plans to align with campaigns, seasonal opportunities, and brand storytelling.
  • Organic Social Media Management: Oversee planning and delivery of organic social content to drive engagement and reach.
  • Content Calendar & Planning: Build and manage a calendar that aligns with marketing objectives.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and guide a creative team, fostering growth and accountability.
  • Brand Storytelling: Ensure all content reflects the company's brand voice, values, and guidelines.
  • Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated content campaigns.
  • Performance & Optimisation: Analyze and report on content and social performance, applying insights to improve outcomes.
About You

The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong communication and collaboration skills. They will also have proven experience in managing content workflows and producing high-quality content across multiple channels.

Requirements:

  • At least 7 years of experience in content marketing, social media, or editorial roles.
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience leading and mentoring content teams.
  • Proven experience producing and managing multi-channel content (web, blog, social, email, multimedia).
