About the Role

This is a key position within our organization that involves creating engaging content across multiple channels to drive awareness and connection with our audience.

As a Creative Content Specialist, you will work collaboratively across all aspects of creative execution, including video production, photography, graphic design, and collaboration with other teams to deliver high-quality on-brand content.

  • Plan, create, and edit compelling content for social and digital platforms, including short-form videos, images, and graphics.
  • Coordinate with external partners for image editing and graphics creation.
  • Design and produce visual elements to support campaigns, storylines, social media, and retail initiatives.
  • Ideate and execute engaging video content (reels, TikTok-style videos) that taps into current trends while staying true to our brand identity.
  • Assist with organizing and directing content shoots, including sourcing props, coordinating with talent, and leading shoot execution as needed.
  • Support social media strategies by contributing creative ideas in team meetings and collaborating on campaigns that drive awareness and channel growth.
  • Communicate with external suppliers on graphics, banners, and other administrative tasks.
  • Oversee performance metrics and provide regular updates to the team on content activity, performance, and opportunities.
  • Report weekly to the Digital Content Manager on content activity, performance, and potential areas for improvement.
