Job DescriptionThe key responsibility of this position is to monitor and operate multiple pieces of equipment using software interfaces and physical checks. This will involve ensuring that all products meet quality and safety standards, and maintaining open communication with the maintenance department to coordinate repairs.
In order to succeed in this role, you will need strong problem-solving abilities, mechanical training, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will also be expected to have a strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn and develop new skills.

Key Requirements:
- Manufacturing or FMCG experience is desirable but not essential
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Mechanical training or similar background - preferred not essential
- Able to work as part of a team and autonomously
- Willingness to learn & develop
- Strong attention to detail
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for monitoring and running multiple pieces of equipment through the usage of software interface systems as well as physical checks
- Communicate directly with the maintenance department to coordinate maintenance repair in a productive manner
- Assist with diagnosing and troubleshooting maintenance related issues
- Safely and continuously operate multiple pieces of equipment to produce quality products on time
- Ensure quality and safety procedures are followed and provide thorough handovers
